Hangout Music Festival Shifts

Each person will need to work a 3 hour shift on Thursday (with 30 mins after for transition) and a combination of 2 hour shift (opening or closing) and a 5 hour shift each day Fri-Sun (with 30 mins at the end of the shift for transition). The transition period is the last 30 mins of your shift and is when we will be cutting people and transitioning arriving staff in. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's requests, but may need to make some changes based upon our needs. We will post a final staffing sheet by the end of next week.

Mandatory Staff Meeting

We will be holding a mandatory staff meeting on Thursday morning or Weds evening - time and location TBD. Please let us know if this might be a problem for you.
