Wakarusa Shifts

Each person will need to work a combination of either an opening or closing shift and either a lunch or dinner shift each day. You will note a 30 min transition period tacked on to the end of each shift. The transition period is when we our rotating in the new shift and rotating our the precious shift. Our booth is in the Midway and Luke or I will be working a late night shift till around 3 am. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's requests, but may need to make some changes based upon our needs. Please do your best to get this back to us NO LATER than Sunday, 5/31 pm. We will post a final shift schedule on Monday, 6/1. We will also give you all of the other details you may need at that time.

Mandatory Staff Meeting

We will be holding a mandatory staff meeting on Wednesday night onsite to go over booth operations, details and get you all of your credentials. Please confirm whether or not you will be available for this meeting.

Camping Details

For those of you camping spot, let us know whether or not you have your own tent . Please note, you will need to provide your own sleeping bag/pillow.
